Playing a reserve setter role for the Tigers, Riley posted 36 assists and four digs in 2008 while also adding four total blocks at the net.<br /><br /><strong>2007 (Sophomore):</strong><br />Olivia appeared in 12 matches during her sophomore season, seeing time in 21 sets as the Tigers' reserve setter. She recorded 76 assists on the season to finish third on the team. An injury to the starting setter pressed Olivia into a shared starting role for the final three matches. Riley responded with her first double-double of the season in the final match of the year, posting 23 assists and 13 digs in the Tigers' 3-2 win over Cincinnati on Nov. 24 to lift the Tigers to the 29th Annual Community Bankers Classic Championship.<br /><br /><strong>2006 (Freshman):</strong><br />Pressed into a starting role early in her freshman season, Riley rose to the occasion as she led Pacific with 709 assists in 2006. Olivia appeared in 28 of the Tigers' 29 matches, playing 87 sets and posting an 8.15 assist per game average. Riley's best performance came in the Tigers' 3-2 win over UC Davis on Nov. 2 as she reached a new career-high of 66 assists and notched her seventh career double-double with 13 digs. After moving into the starting lineup due to injury on Sept. 21, Olivia produced four double-doubles in her first five matches. In the Tigers' 3-1 win over UC Irvine on Oct. 7, Olivia notched 52 assists, 10 digs and her first solo block. She delivered 63 assists and a career-high 17 digs in the Tigers' 3-1 win over UC Riverside on Sept. 23. Two days earlier, Riley had 28 assists and 13 digs in Pacific's 3-1 loss to Cal State Fullerton. Riley's first double-double of the year came in the Tigers' 3-1 win over Yale on Sept. 15 as she finished with 34 assists and 12 digs. Olivia Riley kicked off her career at Pacific in the first match of the season as she recorded a service ace and two digs in the Tigers' 3-0 loss to No. 6 Santa Clara on Aug. 25.<br /><strong><br />High School/Club:</strong><br />Riley was a 2006 graduate of Los Angeles Baptist High School in North Hills, Calif. A four-year letter winner and three-time captain of the Knights, Riley earned team MVP honors in both her sophomore and senior seasons. Olivia also earned Alpha League Division 6 First Team honors in 2005 and 2003. She was named to the second team in 2004. Off the court, Olivia was on the honor roll and involved in the community service club during each year of high school.<br /><br /><strong>Personal:</strong><br />Olivia Riley is the daughter of Paul and Carrie Riley. She has two siblings, Hanna and Lincoln. Olivia is a second-generation Tiger, as her father also attended Pacific. In her fourth year at Pacific, Olivia is majoring in biological sciences, then plans to follow in her father's footsteps and become a dentist.<br /><strong><br />Johnson On Riley:</strong><br />"Olivia had another good spring season and has improved her ability to run this team.
